1. **Copyright:** All photos are the property of Worn In Worn Out and are protected by copyright. They are not to be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

2. **Measurements:** All measurements are approximate and are taken with the garment laid flat and unstretched.

3. **Condition of Vintage Items:** Vintage items may show normal wear for their age. Please expect them to be in vintage condition. Items are photographed with bright lighting to capture details, and we try our best to point out any unusual blemishes. If you are unsure about any item and would like to see more detailed photos, please contact us. We are always happy to provide more information on any of our pieces.

4. **Seller's Rights:** Worn In Worn Out reserves the right to end listings at any time.

5. **Description:** Pictures are considered part of the item description. Please thoroughly examine all provided photos.

6. **Cleaning and Sanitization:** All clothing and footwear are cleaned and sanitized per eBay standards.

7. **All Sales Final:** Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final.
