The website describes vintage and preservation, editorial work, Patient Advocacy, Business Consulting, press, collaborations, and related activities. Website content is general information, not an individual assessment, professional opinion, service agreement, product guarantee, or promise of any particular outcome.

Worn In Worn Out Patient Advocacy is non-clinical. It may include educational, organizational, documentation, preparation, communication, and navigation support.

It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, direct medical decisions, replace licensed healthcare professionals, or create a clinician-patient relationship. Medical decisions remain with the patient and the patient's appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.

Worn In Worn Out is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or seek appropriate emergency medical care.

An inquiry does not create an advocacy engagement. Any engagement, scope, responsibilities, fees, communication method, and information-handling requirements must be agreed separately.

Business Consulting is provided under an agreed scope. Recommendations depend on the information available and the circumstances described by the client. The client remains responsible for its decisions and implementation and for obtaining any necessary legal, accounting, tax, employment, financial, or other professional advice.

Website content and an initial inquiry do not create a consulting engagement. A separate agreement or written scope governs any accepted work.

Products are sold through the platform identified in the listing, currently eBay unless stated otherwise. The listing for the exact item controls product description, price, shipping, payment, condition, and included components. 

The platform's applicable terms also govern the transaction.

Vintage and pre-owned items may show age, wear, repair, alteration, storage effects, variation, or other condition characteristics. Review the complete listing and photographs before purchase. Ask questions before buying if a detail matters to your decision.

Unless the individual listing states a different policy, returns are accepted within 14 days. The buyer pays return shipping. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, with the Worn In Worn Out (WIWO) tag and every included part and accessory.

The website and its original writing, photography, graphics, branding, page copy, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Worn In Worn Out and protected by applicable law. You may view the website for personal, lawful use. Except where law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, republish, sell, scrape,

reproduce, distribute, alter, use to train a model, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Worn In Worn Out content or branding without prior written permission.

Do not send confidential, privileged, proprietary, medical, financial, or other sensitive material through an initial contact form or ordinary email unless Worn In Worn Out has asked for it and agreed on an appropriate method.

You are responsible for having the right to send anything you submit. Sending an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your material to Worn In Worn Out. It gives Worn In Worn Out permission to receive, review, and respond to the submission for the purpose for which it was sent.

Do not use the website to break the law, interfere with site operation or security, impersonate another person, submit malicious code, collect personal information without authorization, harass or threaten, infringe rights, or misrepresent an affiliation with Worn In Worn Out.

The website links to services operated by third parties, including eBay, Substack, Pinterest, Google, WhatsApp, and social platforms. Those services control their own content, availability, accounts, transactions, privacy practices, and terms. A link does not make Worn In Worn Out responsible for a third party or its service.

Worn In Worn Out intends the website to be usable by as many people as possible. If a barrier prevents access to content or a function, contact info@worninwornout.com and identify the page and the problem.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worn In Worn Out disclaims warranties not expressly stated in writing and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.

Worn In Worn Out may update these terms by posting revised text and a new effective date on this page. The revised terms apply to use of the website on and after that date, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
